A verified volunteer pathway: Report → Assess → Locate → Risk assess → Match volunteers → Clean → Escalate if necessary → Record outcome. Supporting existing volunteer organisations, not competing with them.
Some waste can be safely handled by volunteers. Larger or hazardous waste requires escalation. Sharps and broken glass require appropriate procedures. Never handle dangerous waste yourself — report it for escalation.

Our Approach
We support existing volunteer organisations rather than competing with them. We evaluate: Prevention → Convenience → Incentives → Enforcement → Community action. We integrate with existing official reporting routes where appropriate. We do not duplicate SBC's existing reporting systems — we build a community layer around them.
